In accordance with the regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your package—or from the date you receive your last package if you received multiple packages—to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return, exchange, or refund, without having to provide a reason.
For a return, exchange, or refund to be accepted:
The item must be returned in its original condition and complete (including packaging, accessories, and instructions).
The product must be in like-new condition in order to be resold.
The purchase invoice must be included with the package.
The customer will be reimbursed within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of shipment).
Standard one-way shipping costs are refunded when applicable (excluding any premium options selected by the customer, if applicable).
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).

If you receive a damaged package or a defective item, you can request an exchange or a refund. In the case of a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Once we have received and inspected the item, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary from 7 to 14 days, depending on your bank.
